Users

Yes, completely FREE – enjoy!

Use the link in the header of any page for “register”.  On mobile the link looks like a person.

Some features of Love Lancs require you to be a member:

  • Loyalty Cards – you must be a member and must be on a mobile device.
  • Reviews and Ratings
  • Direct Messaging
  • Adding listings to your favourites
  • Reporting Listings

Your email requires verifying before you can log in.

As we are a new website, these verification emails can end up in your JUNK folder so please check there for the link you need.

If you still do not have a verification email after 15 minutes please use the contact page to get in touch with us.

You must be a registered member and you must be on a Mobile Device.

This is because a face-to-face interaction must take place with the business.

Browse from your mobile device or for an app-like experience you can use our MOBILE WEB APP.

Yes, from the main menu you can access your account.  From here you will see a section called “Loyalty Dashboard”.

This tracks your active cards, progress towards rewards and your reward history.

Why not give them a nudge!

If the business is claimed (has a tick mark next to their name) then the business owner has an account – you can directly message them from the listing page.

Failing that, you can share the page on your social media and tag them with a prompt.

Mobile

We have developed a web application which requires no installation but gives you an app-like experience.

Businesses

Yes! You can claim or register your business today for FREE.  Select the “Add Listing” option from the main menu to get started.

Should you require additional features then further packages are available.

Choose your listing type from THIS page and continue through the instructions.

Please note that in order to list an event or an offer you must have a business/organisation listing first (free or paid)

During setup you have constant access to our guide.

Simply click on the any red question mark in the section you are editing and use the info in our guide.

If you are still having difficulty or come across a bug with our website then please use the “Contact Us” page for support.

No, events and offers are classed as “related listings”.  These link to a parent business or organisation.

If you are only interested in adding events then you may create a simple free business listing in a matter of minutes.

When claiming or adding your Business you have the option to choose our Loyalty Package.  If you chose a different package and now wish to upgrade that is also fine – head to your account > my listings and select the “upgrade” option.

During setup you will notice a full section dedicated to this.

If you choose not to activate your loyalty scheme during your initial setup you can always return to it by either:

1. Head to your dashboard > my listings > select “edit” against your business

2. Browse to your business listing page and click the little pencil icon next to the business name in the cover image.

Various options here:

1. Choose “add listing” in the top right of any page and select event or offer listing type

2. Head to the “list with us” page and browse to the section for adding offers/events.

3. Browse to your listing page and you should see a box on the right side prompting to add offers & events.

Promoting your business listing

We offer priority sections on our website dedicated to Promoted listings.  This includes your region home page and the explore search results.

To promote one of your listings head to MyAccount->MyListings and look for:
